I just got this computer from my brother its kinda old i started it up recently and i noticed it had some Adware problems and probably some virus's it was really junked up. i decided too start fresh and do a Full system restore. i pop in the disc and i begin to see Errors and Warnings i let it go after the System restore disc is finished i get the following Warning Screen it says the Disc may be damaged or there may be hardware damage. When i turn the computer back on it goes to the BSOD screen the Error message is a Stop:oxoooooo7e

The system restore Disc looks ok i dont see very bad scratches but i dont know how sensitive these CD's are it looks ok to me though the Disc Drive might be Damaged but i could run things from it before so i dont know if thats it.

If you guys need more Info on the Computer ill try to get it for you

Im sure one of the techs will come back with a program to help wipe it. But Id clean up the hard drive first. Spy Bot S&D, AVG free virus scan. Might be a virus is stopping you.

yeah that would be great to get this fixed it seems like its a complicated problem though i do not know much about computers this looks like there could be several reasons a computer would do this
