[SOLVED] Installing Thermaltake cooler on Northbridge chipset

I have an older P4 2.26 GHz Northbridge CPU machine running XP Pro SP2 with an Intel Desktop Board D845EBT with BIOS identifier BT84510A.86A. I want to install a Thermaltake Extreme Spirit II Cooler. The directions ask me to determine whether or not the chipset is "flip" or "BGA". I want to determine this prior removing the old heatsink and fan. A flip chipset requires me to remove the MOB (in which case I'll return the cooler) to install the cooler. A BGA won't require MOB removal. Does anyone know which chipset this board uses?
