CPU goes to 100% for no reason DESPERATE NEED OF HELP!!

My computer aint very old i think it is 1year old know so..

When i play my games like World of Warcraft or Dawn of War Dark Crusade the computers CPU sudenly goes to 100% for no reason it always do that it i think there is 5min between every time it happens and it lasts for about 3-5min

Before my computer worked all fine i dont know when it started i got good CPU good Graphic card and everything there no problem before this "LAG" comes up

ive got:
Processor: AMD Athlon(TM) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4800+ 2.51 GHz
Minne (RAM): 3,00 GB
Systemtyp: 32-bitars operativ system
Graphic card: NBIDIA GeForce 8600 GT (512MB)
my computer got 5,1 in rating

Maybe it is becuse im running 32x Windows on a 64x CPU

The Vista with 32x was the one i got on my computer

I have reinstalled my computer twice..
Let me know if there is anything else you need to know cause im really desperate!!
PLEASE HELP ME!! I CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE!!

ohh by the way im new on this forum so i dont really know where to post it :(
