Monitor and mouse wont shut down
I am working on an older computer (P4) and needed to put in some ram. I could not find it new, so i got some from a used parts store. Now when i shut down the computer, the monitor does not shut down, nor does the mouse. removing the RAM does not solve the problem.. Any ideas?
