Loading error

I have finally got windows xp setup and I can now get to windows. Although, there is still an error message coming up befor continue to windows. Intel cpu ucode loading error comes up.

What does this mean and what can i do to get rid of it? I still have to hit F1 to continue onto windows.

look on your m/board makers site for the bios update
the method of updating will also be there and in your manual
the instructions have to be followed to the letter

Also, while playing a game after loading xp, shortly into the game, maybe 30 minutes or so, it just exited out of the game. It didn't freeze or anything, it just closed out. Any ideas why this may have happened? Could it also be because the bios needs to be updated?

m/b
video card
power supply
brand
wattage
it could be a number of things have a look at the event viewer and see if anything is listed at the time
