Help choosing a new motherboard

Hi

Built myself a new system (decided to start gaming) and i need to buy myself a new motherboard as my current only support PCI-e 4x.

Currently I have:
Asrock motherboard 4CoreDual-SATA2 LGA775
Intel CPU Pentium DualCore E2180 2x2.0GHz 800MHz 1Mb LGA775
2gb Kingston DDR II 667mhz RAM (upgraded from 1.5gb DDR I)
250Gb Western Digital HDD (IDE0 - Master)
Sony DVD-RW (IDE0 - Slave)
500Gb Seagate Barracuda HDD (IDE1 - Master)
Phillips DVD-RW (IDE1 - Slave)
Gainward Bliss GeForce 9600 GT 512MB GDDR3 PCI-E
730 Watt Hiper Power PSU

I'd like ATX as opposed to MicroATX and I don't really want to spend more than £50/60 if possible as i've already spent more than i should (and the missus is moaning).... Any suggestions?
