the expierence you gain when you have a problem stands you in good steed down the track
most have a problem with their first build
do as suggested above and rma the cpu

Replaced CPU, still reset, replaced GFX card(wanted to upgrade anyway), still reset, Repaced Mobo(then had to replace RAM cause it was 240 pin) And now it is working fine, was either Mobo or RAM :/.

can you rma the ram and m/b,then you can sell them when you get them back and recoup some of your costs

I hope you don't get deterred from building your own system in the future by this setback. There are a few programs with which you could have tested your RAM, Processor and Video card to see whether or not they were the culprit.

memtest for the RAM, Prime95 for the Processor, and any just about any video benchmarking software for the video card.

I would bet it was your motherboard...as I'm not too fond of that particular brand as it's not known for reliability.

What brand of Ram did you go with?

I RMA the RAM and mobo, they sent them both back saying nothing was wrong

maybe the ram has compatability probems with the m/b
i used to use kingston but switched to corsair because of that problem
