[SOLVED] "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API"

Hi,
I have been having a problem with my computer evrytime I open it loads and everything but doesnt get past the login screen then it says, "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API". and when I press okay it just reboots and says the same thing over and over. It's not a hiberate problem because i checked other forums which didnt help. Can anyone please help me.

Ok thanks for the reply but I arleady fixed the problem. What i did was put my hard drive on another computer as slave then i did a virus scan on this hard drive(On AVG). I then found out that it was infected with a virus so got rid of it with AVG. Just saying how i fixed it for anyone else who might be experiencing the same problem and is not a hibernation problem.
