Cry Motherboard problem??

Hi can someone help me? whenever I turn on my pc after it's done loading, I start working and then I hear this really weird clicking noise from the inside of the computer. Then it locks up and the blue screen of death comes up. And another thing, it only happens sometimes. Also when i'm using my pc all of the sudden it just turns of and I didn't even touch anything.
My pc is a 2002 hp/compaq presario 6000 if that'll help
Can someone tell me what my problem is?

Cool Re: Motherboard problem??

Hello, because of the clicking noise, I think your harddrive is failing.
You should backup all important information you have on that drive, and change it with a new healthy one.

Regards,

Dan
