Pin Computer Fans and LED come on, but nothing displays/boots

Hello,

I just bought an 8800GT Superclocked, along with a [bfg tech] 650 watt power supply. After installing these, I tried to turn on my computer, and thefront LED and fans came on (GPU, CPU, and case fans) but then nothing else happens. No beep, no display on the moniter. All I have done is changed out the GPU and PSU, no other changes. Additionally, I have noticed that the CPU cooling fan turns on for a short while, thn suddenly turns off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
mangobyebye

EDIT:

Either you have a faulty power supply or it is not strong enough to run your computer.

Try the old video card and see if it powers up.

I have already tried that (old video card), but the same thign happens. All fans come on (Including the GPU fan, PSU fan, CPU fan, case fans, and LEDs), but no display on the monitor.
