and this is the new card i am after but not %100 sure if all is compatable

all compatible YES

but the power supply is a very weak, lower end unit

I personally would not run that system on that power supply

look for the OCZ 700 watt or the Thermaltake toughpower 650 watt

or Coolermaster Real Power Pro 650 watt
