Dell Heat Sink mounting bracket

I have a Dell Dimension 4600c. One of the two heat sinks mounting brackets has dislodged from the board (?). I hoped that I could merely push it back into place but no luck. Are these items replaceable? If so, how does it affix to the board? Thanks.

They are replaceable and you will have to call dell to get the bracket.
