hi, does my CPU fit to the new motherboard im going to order? and is this motherboard good?

ehm one more question.... do u guys have the ddr3 to am2 ? cuz here where i live we only have ddr2 and i was wondering if the ddr3 is out for am2, cuz here it is out for intel but i have am2 sooo..... and its for the motherboards, not the video cards
