[SOLVED] Old intel mobo support core processors?
I have an Intel D865PERL motherboard and am wanting to upgrade GPU and CPU but am unable to find whether or not the mobo in compatible with Intel core 2 duo CPU or 8800GT/8600GTS GPU's. If anyone knows it would be much appreciated. If they are compatible will would they fit and could the mobo handle it?

According to the Intel WEB page on your Intel D865PERL, no Du Core support.
You may want to add your motherboard's WEB page to your Favorites.
