The easiest way to reset the BIOS is to remove the battery (small coin shaped watch type battery) on the motherboard for about 2 minutes the place it back in.

There could also be a chance that the bad PSU could have taken out the motherboard.

floppy failed (80): is it plugged in?
keyboard bad or missing: is it plugged into the CORRECT port, meaning not the mouse port
cmos checksum error default loaded: uhm... it says defaults loaded, so all you have to do is enter bios, save changes, then exit... pulling battery will of course cause the same error, you may also get this error when updating the bios, where the instructions normally tell ya to "enter the bios, save changed, then exit"
also how do I enable/disable bios guardion: enable it in the bios, how you do so depends on the motherboard/bios, which isnt specified
how do I clear/reset bios: either pull battery as previously specified, load default bios options in bios, invoke a checksum error (usually with debug), whatever, many ways of doing it
