Re: NOT ENOUGH DHz. ???

AMD PowerNow! probably kicked into effect and throttled your CPU clock speed back. It runs faster when it is under load though.

What game is this? Because I don't think your CPU will be the issue, it will likely be your graphics card (GeForce 6150LE integrated) that will hinder your game performance.

Re: NOT ENOUGH DHz. ???

Oh OK. The any 8800 will run Lost Coast fine; I can run it well with my 8600GTS. You should be all set, just ignore the warning Steam gives you. I think I actually got that warning too (except it was telling me my CPU didn't meet the recommended speed requirement of 3GHz or something like that). I am actually thinking those requirements/recommendations were made when the Pentium 4 and the speed race was going on. The Core 2 and Athlon 64 processors feature improved architecture rather than improved clock speed.

Simple typo, I knew what you meant. Don't worry about it; we all do that.
