Mistake DO NOT Buy From Factory Direct!!! A Warning!!!

Do not buy anything from this business, i put a post up here last night about a mobo that i bought from them that it wasnt working turns out it was defective and when i went to exchange it at the store i was told i had to take in store credit instead because, all of there motherboards of that brand were defective.

The think is i bought that motherboard about 1 hr b4 the store closed and i called them the next day around 30-45 min after the store opened. I seriously dought that they found this out within that time frame.

After threatening to call the BBB on them i finally got the in store credit, which they tried to stiff me on.

The Warning of this post is they knowingly sold me defective parts, so please buyer beware make sure you research a board or any hardware before you buy it.

Also Lookup the store and see what kinda reviews they have.

And i learned my lesson i didn't use my instore credit for anything they could have handled :) i got a new acer 20' wide screen monitor instead figured something that they would have had nothing to do with. At least the monitor works :)

Thank you for Reading This post this is just a warning.
