Abit IS7-E Motherboard problem?

hello im helping my friend to solve his mobo problem..
the problem is that...

the windows Xp pro keep on rebooting even in idle mode its reboot..
my friends had try everything even dismantal and puting it back 1 by 1 and its still reboots..then change power supply to 450watts, update the bios even update the windows..its stilll reboots..
here is his com spec..

Intel Pentium 2.8E
Abit IS7-E
800MHz FSB
ATI X800 Pro 256 DDR Graphic Cards
1gigs kingstone ram DDR 400 *2 = 512
2 hdd 80 gigsand 120gigs SeaGate Hard Disk

can anyone help me thank you.

How far does it get before it restarts? Will it POST? Do you see video before it restarts? You need to be a little more specific

well the pc reboot like normal ppl reboot his/her pc..but this pc sometime normal some times reboot soo much..sometime it reboot when idle also.....there no adnormal display..just showing post line normal pc does..but auto reboot too many times
