GIGABYTE motherboard/Intel Pentium D 935

hi need some help they give me a GIGABYTE motherboard GA-8N-SLIRoyal LGA775 ok what i like to know is if i buy (Intel Pentium D 935 3.2 GHz) will it work with the motherboardand ? and what Brand of Memory is best to get & size: Kingston? DDR2? ( Newbie ) Please if anyone can help would be much appreciated thank you

Hello and Welcome to TSF.

According to Gigabyte the board does not support the D935.
CPU Support list

It accepts DDR2 667. I like Kingston HyperX and Corsair XMS, but OCZ is good as well.
