NV4_dsp Infinite Loop Error. HELP
I just got my mobo replaced after it died a month or so back and installed XP pro and when I run 3d Apps, I get a NV4_dsp BSOD. From my research on the net it can be pretty much anything.
So far I have tried: Uninstalling and Reinstalling all Video and Mobo Drivers in Safe mode. Swapping out RAM modules and trying different slots A Variety of BIOS and Driver tweaks and fixes. My BIOS is out of date, 0401 instead of 0501, but it won't let me update it, at least im having trouble doing so, could this cause the issue? I also just installed XP again and havent had a chance to test for the error. |

Re: NV4_dsp Infinite Loop Error. HELP
Antec Sonata III Case w/ 450w Smartpower PSU
AMD Althlon 64 3200+ BFG 6800 GT OC 256mb 1gb Samsung DDR400 Asus K8V-MX Mobo Samsung DVD/DVDR-RW Drive I just finished installing a different copy of Windows XP. I installed all my drivers in safe mode and installed newer chipset drivers and updated my BIOS to the latest version. Hopefully that will fix it but i'm not sure. I'm just hoping its not a hardware issue. |
