cpu use breaks (it goes from 10% to 100% none stop)

so, i have a problem wich is at minimum "stupid"

4 months ago i bought a new PC

3.2 dual core
2 G ram
512 graphic

evrything was fne till 2 weeks ago... sudennly my CPU thing (when u press CTRL_ALT_DELETE, the one that shows your PCU usage rate) started to bother me... it goes like... 1% usage.. 2 secongs later gets to 60%... lowers to 10%.. goes up to 99%... lower's to 40% ... i mean, the valus are not these, cuz the grapic goes wild...

the prob with this is that my PC is getting BUMPS... like stops for 2 seconds.. star again... stops.. start... is getting em crazy! ive cleeened the PC, all viruses and adwares(cleaned from the start) i even did the program that corrcts all the wrong spots like spaces and damaged files (dunno the name in english)

so, i hope someone here knows theanswer... cuz i each time i move my mouse or do something like watching movis, play, write, EVERTYHING... just goes freezes and starts... here's a pic of the CPU

hi,

have you checked the temperatures of your CPU? you might have a over heating problem...

check that and if the temperatures are 65c or above, open your PC and check the CPU fan make sure it is spinning, also try clean the dust out of the heatsink, you can do this by getting a can of compressed air, or alternatively get a thin straw or something similar and use it to blow the dust out of the heatsink.

Click on the processes tab after you do the ctrl alt del and see which process is using up all the cpu.

Check your +12 voltage in the BIOS. 11.07 is seriously out and could be giving you the problems.

When you start up push F8/DEL/F2 ( One of them ) to enter your BIOS. Then look at Hardware Monitor and it should tell you there
