(Resolved) was confused about flashing bios, now stuck at please wait

MSI K8N Neo FSR 7030,

downloaded awar flash utility and ran it, it messed things up...

downloaded the utility and the file, put it on dos bootable, it boots up to it, but gets stuck, and message please wait has been on for the last 10 minutes...

what should I do?

bios image file is for nforce chipset only is the error.

it hasnt flashed your bios yet ????

I believe its telling you that file is the wrong bios for your board ???

did you get the bios file from the MSI website for your board model ????

sorry, i just rebooted with the same flash bios boot disk
it came up.. problem solved.

just in case if anyone wants to know how to flash their bios.
Create a BIOS Bootdisk from bootdisk.com
Copy your flash utility from your motherboard's manufacturer's website.
Boot with the floppy.
