Overclocking problems!

Hi,

firstly my rig:
CPU DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E6400, 2666 MHz (8 x 333)
Motherboard MSI P965 Neo (MS-7235)
Memory 2048 MB (DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM) Crucial Ballistix
Video Adapter XFX NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS (320 MB)
PSU Fortron/Source Powersupply ATX 650W

I have my CPU OCed @2663.4MHz (FSB 333.0 x 8) with the memory downclocked so it is running @ 416.3MHz at 4-4-4-12 with 2.2v.

The problem is if try to overclock the FSB anymore than this the system wont boot (it usually just gets stuck at the windows loading screen).

unfortunately my mobo does not allow me to change the CPU voltage but the E6400 should overclock easily to 3GHz on stock voltage.

Any suggestions on why my E6400 wont overclock any higher would be much appreciated.

Also do you think my mobo may be bottlenecking my system?

Thanks
Sam

Yes i already have the updated BIOS and it ups the max allowed FSB setting from 333-500.

But still no CPU voltage setting!
