no bios on asus

After upgrade of bios blank screen same then bois corruption or no bios. The motherboard is asus A8V DX. How to force mb to take new bios when you don't have screen? I try reset jumper no succes.

does it search the floppy drive when you power it up?
(Does the floppy light come on for a few secs?)
