Cooler Master Hyper TX OR Cooler Master Eclipse?
Hi Again everyone!
I'm in a bit of a dilemma: I will be running a Core2 E4300 system, with a 7600GS and 1GB of ram. An average mid-tower case too.. I plan to do a lot of over clocking. The CPU is stock 1.8GHz, and I plan to OC it up to about the 3.00GHz mark. I was wondering which of the two coolers would be better for my project? The eclipse is only slightly more expensive, but I would like to know which one you guys believe would be best.. The Cooler Master: Hyper TX OR Eclipse. Thanks for the help guys! |

The Zalman 7700 is also pretty good, and that is as low as $35 in some places.

Look at that. I'm sorry to say I paid the sixty dollars for it BUT I think it was money well spent. I would have paid 100 for it. I've had it over two months now and it's great. First time I've ever seen my CPU temps below 40 degrees (C.) while gaming. This thing keeps my heater of a CPU (Pentium D 805) chilly. I've never seen my CPU go over 30°C. It's amazing :) If you don't want to run the stock fan at blazing speeds, you could add this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835106064 this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835106053 Or this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835108085 You won't be disappointed with that cooler master system and at 26 dollars you gotta be kidding me! Complete water cooling that's terrific for 26 bucks! Get outta here!. But hey, if you want to make sure you can redeem the rebate thing...make sure you purchase it soon, the rebate is only valid until the 28th of this month. ACK. If you do decide to purchase that cooler...PM me and I'll give you a few tips/pointers on it that will make things and your life a whole lot easier :P

Candadian here. The 9500 goes for 76.00 bucks or more. My very close friend and relative is running a Core2 E6300 system @ 3.00GHz with the Hyper TX, which goes for about 40 bucks Canadian dollars (32ish american?)
I'll be looking out for deals on the 9500 though, I've heard only GREAT things about it. Thanks.. :) |

Here is the 9500.
http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...6651&CatId=493 The 7700 is also pretty good, but the 9500 is a better choice if you can afford it. http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applicatio...6650&CatId=493
