Help Needed! MotherBoard ?

Hi guys,
I have a big big problem, each and every I’m trying to run a game my computer crashes after (at best) a couple of minutes of playing.
(If I’m not running games, just word processing or surfing the net everything works ok)
when the computer crashes it usually with the same error :
STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xBFB69DDA,0xB20515A8,0x00000000)

Or

Exception occurred CODE 0xC0000005 FLAG 0x00000000 ADDRESS 0x7C8095C0

Or

CODE 0xC0000005 at 0x004797A7

As you can see it is always error 0xC0000005!

I tried a lot of thing to find the problem, first I thought it is a memory problem, so I run a couple of benchmark program to test the memory, and it worked without any problem.
Then I tried to reinstall windows, and I did it – it didn’t solve the problem (I even installed it on a new hard disk, but it didn’t help)
I also downloaded the Latest Intel BIOS, the Latest Driver from ATI, and even SP1 and SP2, but it also didn’t help.

I must mention that the problem first appeared on my Gainward GeForce4! Ultra/750 XP 128Mb (TI 4600), but I replace the video card to RADEON 9800 PRO and it also didn’t help!
