Bios problem after bios change

HI. I have a problem with the BIOS of a computer.

The problem came when I was trying to enable the DSB port that was disable on a computer, on my computer properties there was a message that reads: "DSB port disable, it should be enable from the BIOS because there are no IRQ assigned to it", so I got into the BIOS and change and option on IRQ and DSB port field that reads IRQ VGA disable to enable, and after save this changes the computer does not enter, the computer turns on, but nothing display on the monitor, and I cannot get into the BIOS again, What can be the problem? pls help. tks

My System

Clear the cmos by the jumper on the motherboard your manual will explain this procedure.

This will set the bios back to original that was programed into it and should allow you to boot, you should go into bios and reset any changes that you made prior to this problem, if you made no changes then load the defaults save and exit. You should then be able to boot into windows
