Hi jessman,
That's a hard decision....each is as good as the other. Having said that, there are a couple of things to consider: Budget: PSU and CPU. It's pointless getting such a good motherboard if you are going to power it with a 'cheapie' PSU, or a small CPU. Another point to consider is RAM...don't be mislead into thinking that 512Mb will be enough...you need to really consider 1Gb+ with a good 550W PSU to get these babies to 'rock n' roll'! Good Luck with your choice!

The P5B and P5B-E don't support SLI - they only have one PCI-E 16x slot. If you want SLI, the only option from those three is the last one - the P5NSLI.
What do you want from the system - what will you be doing with it?

I would go with the first board - the P5B-E. With that power supply, you'll only be able to use one 7950, so you don't need the SLI option. The P5B and P5B-E both support DDR2-800 RAM, but the P5NSLI only supports DDR2-667. (DDR2-800 will be better for gaming.) If you have the money, I'd get the P5B-E, but if you're trying to keep the cost down, get the P5B.
