Decent RAM
I am considering getting new RAM since mine is this generic stuff. I need some suggestions on decent Dual Channel DDR, I preferably want two 1GB modules.
I don't want anything too aggressive but I want something worth upgrading to. Any ideas guys?

I usually stick with corsair, crucial, ocz. If you don't plan to OC then their budget brands are fine such as corsair's value select. Just run their memory selector on their website, it will give you all the choices specific to your board and there ram currently available

I have corsair RAM and have never had trouble with my modules, but there are many good brands out there. Remember that the reviews will be a valuable tool.

Darn Doby, you took the words right out of my mouth. You did the work, I said YES! On a serious note, these choices are the ones that I normally make for the same reasons Doby gave. Buy good ram or you will regret it, the off brands will give you problems many times.

Don't overlook Patriot and GSkill.

I'll vouch for Corsair and Crucial. Corsair Value Select is good quality cheap RAM, I never had a problem with it and I used it for years.
