mach speed pt88bspro won't start up.

trying to build first computer. put everything together. checked everything again and then turned it on. it started up and went throughstart up 1 short beep and system check. then i went to intall operating system, put in disc and hit reset on the front. never came back on and now it won't beep once or show anything on the screen.... can anybody help me, thinking there is a way toe reset it somehow

first disconnect the drives and see if it posts
if not set it up out of the case with
cpu
video
ram
speaker
start it by touching the 2 pins the case switch connects to the m/board with a paper clip or small screwdriver
and see if it posts
