P5N32-SLi Deluxe + EZPlug

Running 2x7900gtx's in sli, and of course the 2nd cards cooler blocks the ezplug connector. Early in the manual it says you should use this when using 2 video cards. But towards end of manual, it says this is needed if you are using a 20pin atx connector and/or your video cards do not have aux power (presumably pci-e connectors is what this means). Anyway, I am running a Antec NeoHE 550 which has a 24pin, and obviously both of my cards have pci-e connectors. No instability in gaming so far. And no mention of ez-plug in bios and no warning either when booting. So am I good to go ?

My System

They stick old 4 pin peripheral connectors on the motherboard for folks who don't have the right power supply. As long as you have the 24 pin main connector you don't need the old 4 pin peripheral connector. They used to stick the old peripheral connector on motherboards all the time but you don't see them very often anymore. Now they just expect you to use a new power supply with the correct connector. As it is, almost all your power is being drawn through the 8 pin EPS 12 volt motherboard connector and the two PCI-Express video card connectors anyway. The peripheral connector is just for the motherboard and slots if you've got a 20 pin power supply. Just ignore the peripheral connector.
