In the first column, it shows rows from 180W to 450W. I only paste the 430W row here.

Although the specs on the psu ain't to bad for that board the fact that it don't have a name brand and is generic I have problems with, these generic psu's can be erratic with there voltages and cause problems.

The fact that the board beeps indicates it is good and also indicates the cpu is good. I also think that the trial of the 250w and 300w psu is incunclusive because they are just very low watts for a socket A board.

I would try a known working name brand psu in there before saying the board or cpu was bad but then again I have lots of spare parts laying around that I have that luxury. But its just to hard to say without swaping parts

I'll stop by Fry's and pick up a good powerful PSU this weekend, and see it that helps. I think the CPU is good at least.
Man, this sure is not an easy task. I really appreciate all the suggestions Rick.

Yea I feel for you, maybe Frys has a good return policy that lets you return it if it don't work out, there are some retailers that do.(Staples, Best buy) But even if that ain't it you will be better off with a quality psu when you rma the board and get a new one

Anyhow keep me posted

I think they have a 30-day return policy. I'll report back here how thing goes.
