Confused floppy diskette seek failure

I am trying to boot up a dell and before loading windows I get the error 'floppy diskette seek failure,' but will allow me to continue to windows by pressing F1. But the weird thing is that I don't even have a floppy drive installed, and in the Bios, the floppy drive is disabled. This problem doesn't seem to affect the computer, it's just annoying to have to hit f1 everytime I turn on the computer. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or maybe any suggestions on how to fix it.

My System

Even though Floppy disk is disabled in the bios there may be another bios option called something like boot up floppy drive seek. Look for that one and disable it. On both my MSI and ECS boards it's under advanced bios features.
