How to Configure Touchpad buttons?
I have a Compaq nc6220. When I have it in the docking station I have a regular keyboard and mouse connected. For ergonomic reasons, I have the mouse setup as a left hand mouse with primary and secondary buttons reversed. Unfortunately, that setting is carried to the touch pad. The touch pad is enabled which now invokes the context menu instead of the primary functions when touched.
How can I change the touch pad setting independent of the mouse settings? I've looked though every device in the Device manager and in the Control panel and can't find ANY settings for the touch pad. The buttons below the touch pad are also reversed. Any Ideas? Thanks, |

Yep, that what I'm finding but I want to set the touch pad differently than the mouse because I have the buttons on the mouse left handed but I want the buttons and the touch function to be right. More specifically, the touch function seems to be hard coded to the left button. I don't see a way to change it.
