Idea IBM T43 just dies when inserting into the port replicator

Hello community! Hope someone here can help me with all the troubles I have with the IBM T43. At my work we are having IBM. All from IBM T23 to T43. But we have major problems with T43.
1. We are having problems to install some usb-printers and a few Nokia 9300.
2. The main problem we have is that when you connect the laptop ("on-line or in sleep mode) to the port replicator it just dies. The only way to start it is to remove the battery.

On the first T43 that had this problem I changed the port replicator, AC-adapter. I have checked so it's the newest bios-version, powersafe settings etc. Dont make any diffrens. Changed the memory card.. diden't matter.

This problem dosen't always accour, but far too often.

Anyone with a clue?
