I have an Averatec 3150 and I was wondering where is the hard drive located and the processor is at. I dont know what to take apart in my computer to find them.

If you don't know how to locate a hard drive or a processor, let alone identify them, I wouldn't recommend taking the computer apart in any way that involves you doing more than opening the CD drive. Being that your system is a laptop is another reason not to open the system and perform personal maintenance on it.
That aside, why don't you let us know what problem(s) you are having? I'm sure the folks here at TSF will be more than willing to help.
