Toshiba satellite a15-s1292 help

I'm new to laptops and to hardware components and i could really use some help with this. I've had this laptop for a while now and for some reason over the past month the thing won't even boot up. I didn't do anything to it at all. When I have just the battery in nothing at all happends. When the power cord is plugged in the front like that indicates that the laptop is plugged into the wall outlet blinks. when i try to start it up nothing happends. Absolutely nothing. I would really apreciate any help you guys could give me.

First thing I would do is pull the battery, hard drive and memory then reinstall and see if this helps.

Might be a bad internal connection.

I do not know this specific machine, however, I have taken many laptops apart over time.

The RAM modules have 2 small latch tabs to release the RAM. They are located on the sides of the RAM modules and are pushed slightly away (outward) from the RAM modules to unlatch them. The RAM modules then pop up slightly and then need to be slid out of the RAM sockets.

The hard drive comes out usually 1 of 2 ways. If you only see the end of the hard drive, they usually are pulled staight out of the machine. There may be a small plastic pull tab on the drive that needs to be untucked to pull the drive out. If you can see the entire drive footprint, they usually pull up from the edge that has the drive connector. Again, usally a small plastic pull tab can be found.

Ok I I tried what you said but that didn't help. I couldn't see anything wrong with internal components. I have no idea what it could be.

Might try starting without the battery as well.

One other problem some of these machines have is the coaxial DC connector breaks at the main board connection. Not sure if it will cause the power LED to light but not pass enough current to charge the battery and start the machine?

You might see if you can borrow a good charged battery for a test?
