Dell 700m No Audio Device

I have a dell insp. 700m. Recently the sound stopped. When I go to the sounds and audio decives properties it says i have No Audio Device. Everything had been working fine and it shows that everything is working in the device manager. I have reinstalled the driver numerous times. I have no clue where to go now....
