My Compaq Presario wont turn on :(
Recently my Compaq Presario F700 wont turn on. It seems as though it trys....the lights on the computer will turn on and the fan will run. You can tell that the computer wants to turn on .....but no. The lights will blink and the fan will turn on and off. Is there anything I can try first ....before taking it in to have a computer technician fix it?

Nothing on the LCD when you try to boot up? How about if you use an external monitor?
