terrible destortion on the screen

I bought a brand new siemens esprimo V 6545 glare

now after tow months work the screen begin to make Distortion like when old analog TVs have a bad signal
even on the phoinex bios setup screen and system selection menu
whats the possible causes?
and sorry for my terrible english but the problem is terrible too

You could try using an external monitor. If you get artifacts on an external as well, then the video card is likely dying. If it's new, then it should still be under warranty and you can just send it in.

going to the "sole agent" soon but its a problem here in Egypt with those agents that they always say " user mistake" !!!! see .....
is there any known issues about this model ? any body got the same "thing"
i cant really describe it . it may never happens and sometimes i cant even see any thing on desktop or my apps
