Evil [SOLVED] Help with new laptop

hey, first time posting here. i just got a new laptop, a toshiba a500-027, and so far it's been great. there is one problem though that is really frustrating me. i can't figure out how to get the dummy card out of the pci slot. i looked in the manual, it says press the express eject button, but it does not show it in a picture or label it. i've searched google for help, but there is nothing on the topic. this is really making me angry, so any help would be appreciated.

Re: Help with new laptop

AFAIK PCI slot eject buttons are right beside the PCI slot.

Re: Help with new laptop

i don't think it is fake, because on the toshiba website it lists the slot as a feature of this laptop.

http://www.toshiba.ca/web/product.gr...t=9662#spectop

it is the a500-027 model

Re: Help with new laptop

TriggerFinger is not saying its fake, AFAIK (As Far As I Know), forum speak.

There is, like TriggerFinger said, a very small button that you push very close to the PCI slot, if not give it a gentle but firm push inwards, you will hear a click and it shuould pop out.

Re: Help with new laptop

If its the express card slot just give it a good push inwards, it will click and it will eject. Then just pull it out.
