Re: Plz help me

If you upgrade/downgrade an o/s--M$ only as far as I know--that was specifically built to run with that machine (store-bought, operating system included, etc.) the chances of you getting everything to work like it should with M$ is slim. I get at a person a day coming to me with the same problem and I work at McDonald's.

If all else fails, give linux a shot.

OS: Win 7 X64

Re: Plz help me

As for the ram issue

Yes X64 uses all the ram but so does the pro version of XP but it will only see 3Gb
so go for X64 but there is a snag with X64 xp its drivers and trying to find drivers for your hardware so I would just put up with X86 and deal with 3Gb of ram which is really good for the OS

as for drivers

2 programs to download
http://www.gtopala.com/siw-download.html use the standalone version
and
http://www.lavalys.com/products.php?lang=en&page=11

then google the reults

you should be sorted out then
