Laptop won't stay on
Hello there,
Hope you can help with this problem Acer Aspire one netbook, purchased in September. All working great till this morning. As it was coming out of sleep mode, plugged in a usb hub. The hub has two external hardrives going to it. The computer shut off. Tried to restart, the computer booted for a period, then shut off right after the welcome screen Unplugged all sockets, tried again same tried safe mode same tried with battery, without batter, just batter same tried to boot to bios screen same. Bios screen appears but shuts off after 10seconds. I think it may be possible that the hub caused this issue on another laptop as well. However, that laptop was terribly old, so I didn't think much about it. Any help would be appreciated Thank you |
