Red Faced [SOLVED] Windows Defender Application Failed to Intialize

I back.

I had download Windows Defender & Microsoft Security Essential Anti-Virus software. MSE software for whatever reason was always be turned off when I booted my computer and it would taking 2 minutes or so for it to turn on. I was told I didn't need both so, I uninstalled WD and then tried to reinstall MSE. Now I get this message when I boot up Windows Defender Application Failed to Initialze 0x80070002 and I can't reinstall MSE. What do I need to do, thanks for assistance as always.
