Hey all,
This is bizarre! I have removed many hard drives from laptops, but after removing the 2 screws for the HD cover, I still cannot remove the black plastic cover to access the HD. Is there a secret??? Also, does anyone know where I can get an actual manual (not a user guide) for this bad boy? Toshiba was NO help. Thanks! |

Re: Removing Hard drive from Toshiba A75-S125
Hi,
Thanks. Actually that is the sight I got the initial info from. All it says is remove the 2 screws, which of course, I did not need to be told to do. However, this is the first time ever that even with the only 2 screws removed, it is hanging on something and will NOT come off. I have tried pushing forward and backwards, slightly lifting one side and then the other to see if some tab is there - no effect. It will not budge! First ever, and really strange... |
