Re: Hp g6000 boot up problem

Thanks for your help. I have checked both power adapter and battery by using one or the other. The battery (before it died) was charging fine and the power adapter light is still on.
I have looked on the hp website and there wasn't anything there that would give reason for what has happened. But what I find strange is when I try to power up the laptop I can hear the fan kick in the the keypad, power, wifi, and the cd drive lights all come on for no more then 2seconds then beeps and then it dies.
Maybe this can shed some light on the problem
Cheers
