Toshiba A300 problem

Hi everybody!

i have problem with my new toshiba A300, at first switch (when windows was autoinstaling) laptop "decide" to restart what occur an error and now when it starts windows have an error which says that laptop need to restart and reinstall windows, but i dont know how to install it without any cd/dvd.
if you know how to deal with it help me :)

Power it on, and hold down the zero key. That should access the recovery software and let you reinstall windows.

thanks for your help but when i hold down the zero key it just start to squeak until i release it =( and than it contnue the loading

Instead of holding it down, try just pressing it over and over when you see the toshiba logo screen. Usually one of these two ways works.

then there are two things I would suggest. One, is you can call Toshiba and have them send you recovery discs, or you may be able to take it to a Toshiba ASP if its still in warranty, and see if they have the discs to install windows on there for you. Some ASP's will have them, some won't.
