Which labtop should I buy?

ok, im looking to buy a labtop from either of 2 companies: dell or hp. ok so ill descirbe them now.

The dell is 1300$

Definately go for Windows 7 . . not a lot of difference in the two laptops otherwise . . looks like a decision on portability versus screen size

Which ever one you get. I would definately upgrade the battery from a 6 cell to a 9 cell.
