equium cd driver not found error 39
Hi my cd/dvd player no longer works. Last used 6 wks ago. It accepts a disk, flashes 5/6 times then stops. Not shown on C drive and the diagnostic tool says it is not installed/ not found. It will open, eject, but not play anything. Can I reinstall it? Why has this happened?
