Wireless Mouse and Datacard Conflit

I m having Dell Latitude and using Iball USB 2.0 HUB,
but while i m connecting wireless mouse and relaince datacard togeather through usb hub, any one of both gets disconnected.. this problem arrives also when only one in connected through usb hub and another to direct laptop usb port, but when both are connected directly to laptop ports, then they are working fine..
so i m not getting that why problem arrives while using usb hub.

plz explain and give any appropriate solution..

The usb circuit may not be able to power both devices via the hub.
Is the usb hub powered or passive?
